Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find out what living somewhere is really like. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build.

Measures we take

• Semantic, structured HTML and clear page hierarchy.
• Keyboard navigability and visible focus indicators.
• Color choices intended to meet contrast guidelines.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences.
• Responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops.
• Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.

Conformance status

We consider the Service to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, meaning some content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are continually testing and improving, and accessibility is part of our ongoing work.

Known limitations

Some third-party content and embedded components may not be fully accessible and are partly outside our control. Where we identify issues, we work to address or replace them.
